Digital Products

Most products sold through SemmaIQ are digital downloadable products.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and may be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, orders for digital products are generally non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law or where we determine that a refund is appropriate.

Duplicate Purchase

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us with the relevant order details. We may review the circumstances and, where appropriate, provide a refund or other suitable resolution.

Download or Access Problems

If you have paid for a product but are unable to access or download it because of a technical issue, please contact us.

We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the product.

Incorrect or Defective File

If a purchased file is materially defective or the wrong product was supplied, please contact us with your order details. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a corrected file, replacement or refund.
