 What type of products does SemmaIQ sell?

SemmaIQ offers children's educational resources such as printable activity books, tracing worksheets, colouring activities, number activities and other early-learning resources.

Are the products digital or physical?

Most of our current products are digital downloadable resources in PDF format. 

Please check the individual product description before purchasing.

How will I receive my digital product?

After completing your purchase, you will receive instructions or a download link to access your purchased digital product.

Please check your registered email, including your spam or promotions folder.

Can I print the PDF?

Yes. Our printable resources are designed for printing and use at home or in an educational setting, subject to the permitted personal/classroom use specified for the product.

Can I use the product on my phone or tablet?

Yes. PDF files can generally be opened on smartphones, tablets, computers and other compatible devices.

However, for tracing and colouring activities, printing the pages may provide a better experience for children.

Can I share the PDF with my friends?

No. Purchased digital products are intended for the purchaser's permitted use and must not be redistributed, uploaded, resold or shared with others.

Can I make copies for my child?

Yes, for your own permitted personal use, subject to the usage terms applicable to the particular product.

I haven't received my download link. What should I do?

First, check your spam, junk or promotions folder.

If you still cannot find it, contact us with your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

Can I get a refund after purchasing a digital product?

Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded electronically, refunds may be subject to the terms of our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Do you sell physical books?

Where physical products are offered, the applicable product page will clearly state that the product is a physical product and provide relevant shipping information.
